Remember Jason Loutitt, the ultra-marathoner who SWEARS by Bikram Yoga? Well, he’s done it again, taking seventh place in the recent Vancouver BMO Marathon (that’s 42.2 kilometres!) with an incredible time of 2:38:31. And, as usual, he credits Bikram’s hot yoga series for helping him train for his race. According to Jason, “Nothing comes close to offering both the physical balance and mental focus like Bikram Yoga. Nothing gets me fitter or more focused … and all by simply letting go.”
