Julia’s Super Smoothie!

Ingredients:

3 bananas
1 L mango
8 L strawberries or 1c. frozen blueberries
3 c. chopped kale
2 c. spinach
1 Tblsp. ground flaxseed
1 Tblsp. maca powder
1 Tbsp. ground salba
1 scoop protien, rice, hemp or whey
10 ozs. fltered water

Directions:

Makes about 32ozs.

Add ingredients other than the greens to blender and hit pulse a few times. Next add the greens and blend on high until smooth. I like to call this the Super Smoothie and can be used as a meal replacement.
