First
Timers Be prepared to sweat and have a great time!
• On
your first class please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to beginning
of class.
Before the class:
• Eat lightly 2 hours before class. We recommend a piece of
fruit if you are still hungry closer to class time.
• Make sure you're well hydrated; have a couple of glasses
of water before you come, and don't forget your water bottle.
What do I need to bring with
me?
• Wear something light and fitted such as: sport bras, shorts,
swimwear. Avoid sweats, long pants, heavy t-shirts, as we heat the
room
• Positive attitude
• Two large towels (We rent towels for $2) and washcloth
• Yoga Mat (Your mat rental is free for your first class,
after that, we rent yoga mats for $2 and we also have yoga mats
available for sale.)
• Large bottle of water (We sell bottled water for $2. We
also have purified water taps for you to fill your own bottle with.)
In the yoga room for everyone's
comfort, please:
• No shoes
• No gum
• No coloured liquid
• No pagers or cell phones

• No body lotion
• No excess jewelry or watches
