Lower Back Pain

Greg began to develop lower back pain when he was 37 years old. During the day he works in an office environment as a lawyer, and enjoys being active and lifting weights and biking. At 37 years old and at 6’5 feet tall, Greg began having trouble lifting his kids.
Friends recommended he try Bikram Yoga. Greg had never tried any form of yoga before but after only 3 sessions got hooked, and he started to experience some relief of his lower back pain in as soon as 2 weeks.
Practicing 3 times a week, it took Greg 6 weeks to be completely free of back pain, and he hasn’t looked back since. He has also experienced an improved sense of health, greater muscle tone and fewer digestion issues.
Q. What would you like to tell people who are hesitant about trying the yoga?
A. "Just do it".
