Neck & Shoulder Pain

Neck & Shoulder Pain
We can all relate to neck and shoulder pain, it is so easy to hold our tension in the shoulders, which eventually causes muscle pain which effects a large portion of the neck and upper back.

Our necks and shoulders are also casualties in many daily activites, whether it is sports, working out, driving or doing your job chances are you are putting constant strain on your neck and shoulders.  Relieving this built up tension can have an extreme impact on all areas of our lives.

Mary* was first introduced to Bikram Yoga through a friend, and had been suffering from chronic upper neck and shoulder pain for 15 years.  Over 50 years old, Mary would find that she would constantly hurt herself trying to be active and participating in sports.

After her first class of Bikram Yoga Mary felt so improved that she was motivated enough to come to class 5 days a week.  Incredibly after only 3 weeks of practice Mary no longer suffered from any neck or shoulder pain.

As a bonus, Mary says she feels that her skin has improved, she sleeps better, is more flexible and more mentally alert.

Q. What would you like to tell people who are hesitant about trying the yoga?

A. "Mention to them how it has helped improved my quality of life without pain."
