4 yrs ago, age 37, I began developing
lower back pain. I'm 6'5" and was having trouble lifting
my kids. Friends ... told me about Bikram. I had never tried
yoga before. It took me three sessions to get hooked and I
stared experiencing less pain in two weeks. At six weeks,
three times as week, I was pain free and haven't looked back. |

However, I can say that my exercise-induced asthma also hasn't
