Bikrams yoga, hypnotherapy, massage
were treatments that I received which were helping in my recovery
and rehabilitation process |

-My roomate brought me
-My physical rehabilitation therapist, massage therapist and
chiropractor recommended Yoga to me as well as heat for repairing
damage tissue. |

about the yoga? |
I was never interested in yoga
prior to accident. I was a runner. Now I see yoga's benefit
to my mind and body |

the yoga? How often per week? |
1 1/2 - I have been coming 3 times
per week since graduation, I tried to come 1 time per week
during studies |
| What changes have you noticed
in yourself that you believe are a result of you practicing
the yoga? |
-loss of negative thinking
-I have achieved better balance, improved strength, my anxiety
has decreased, better posture and I have been able to focus
and maintain concentration once again.
-I have a more positive attitude |
| Has any of your conventional
treatment changed since practicing the yoga? (i.e. discontinuation
of medication) |
-A decrease in the amount of Tylenol,
Advil for chronic pain and headaches. I only use them occasionally
for sleep now. |

-It will change your perspective, mind-body connection
and attitude for the better.
-Go in with an open mind and allow your body to change
