Better flexibility and core strenghtening
in relation to my diagnos all the nerve endings were cut +
loss of sensation (to touch) + a bit internally in arm, under
arm + right outer shoulder blade. It's healing quicker than
expected + return of sensation is increasing. |

Try it. You can leave if you absolutely
can't stand it. You can not come back if you so choose. I'm
willing to bet you'll be hooked though. |
