In doing sports, I continuously
hurt myself + could never achieve or fully enjoy the game
as I had to stop short of my abilities. I was always on guard
that I did not damage or further irritate my injuries. |

-From the first day after yoga, I had not had any of my
previous injuries + all pain is virtually nonexistent
-I feel warmer + more flexible
-My overall skin + health has improved
-I drink more water and am more hydrated
-I look younger, I make better eating choices + eat less
-I sleep all night without sleep interruption
-Mentally more alert + can think clearer
-I can now do all my sports without injuring myself + find
I am pushing my own envelope to achieve higher levels
