What condition have you been diagnosed with? Upper neck/shoulders chronic pain

How long have you been diagnosed with this condition? Many years - 15 years +
How would you explain your diagnosis? In doing sports, I continuously hurt myself + could never achieve or fully enjoy the game as I had to stop short of my abilities. I was always on guard that I did not damage or further irritate my injuries.
What kinds of things about your diagnosis affect you:  
- Physically? Sore neck/shoulders + lower back
- Psychologically? Always afraid I would damage my muscles + whereas I had to stop short + not overextend my abilities
- General Quality of Life? Always have been active, using health supplements + eating balanced food + fruit + vegetables
What Treatments are you receiving & how were they working? Chiro, physio
How did you hear about Bikram Yoga? Through a friend a few years ago
Did you have any fear or tendencies about the yoga? Yes, I thought that I was never flexible
How long have you been practicing the yoga? How often per week? attending 3 weeks now, 5x/week
What changes have you noticed in yourself that you believe are a result of you practicing the yoga?

-From the first day after yoga, I had not had any of my previous injuries + all pain is virtually nonexistent
-I feel warmer + more flexible
-My overall skin + health has improved
-I drink more water and am more hydrated
-I look younger, I make better eating choices + eat less
-I sleep all night without sleep interruption
-Mentally more alert + can think clearer
-I can now do all my sports without injuring myself + find I am pushing my own envelope to achieve higher levels

Has any of your conventional treatment changed since practicing the yoga? (i.e. discontinuation of medication) No chiro or physio appointments as I have no pain
What would you like to tell people who are feeling hesitant about trying the yoga? Mention to them how it has helped improve my quality of life without pain
