received physio several
times- exercises, ultrasound treatments, etc...it improved,
but still remained slightly swollen and prone to re-injury |

Yoga? |
walked by Cambie studio & from
a friend + tried Moksha Yoga near my parents place in Mississauga
ON first- and went for Bikram's in Vancouver- cause I love
the hot room, but wanted less poses, held for longer each. |

about the yoga? |
in the beginning, I didn't like
the constant talking of the teachers, but after I got used
to it, I like it now, cause it allows me to clear my mind
and only focus on my body & breathing |

10 months- I aim for 3 times a
week, but sometimes only manage 1 or 2 times per week |

my ankle is no longer swollen,

just try it- it's amazing! It makes
you feel so much better physically and mentally. I haven't
been in this good shape since I was 18 years old!
It energizes your body, calms your mind and feeds your soul. |
